"Je le recommande vivement pour les familles.. rien à dire sur les équipements kitchenette.. le bassin gagnerait à être davantage chauffé.. vraiment bien au dessous des 28c déclarés...des personnes chargés de la réception (surtout le jeune homme de nuit) gagnerait à être formé sur l'empathie puisqu'il m'a rigolé au nez carrément, chose inacceptable vous conviendrez et ce après que j'ai demandé conseil suite à situation délicate...bref, autrement, Les jeunes dames sont impeccables.. le manager...

"Clean room with beautiful view from the deck. It was well located and had a kitchen. Easy walk to/from the train to the airport. Of note, we did have to climb a small, circular set of stairs to get to our room. Not a problem for us, but could be for folks less mobile. "

"Lovely spacious suite with dishwasher, coffee machine, hob etc. Very quiet hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coop supermarket 2 minutes walk. Easy walk down to the lake and Jet d'eau."

"The property was immaculately clean and twin beds were really good in the bedroom. It had a well equipped kitchen but there was no microwave. The sofa bed was huge, and not too comfortable. It was okay bed. The property was fully secured. I highly recommend this property and if ever travel in Geneva, I would definitely stay in this property. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Appart'City Collection Genève Aéroport. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped, making it both comfortable and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location was excellent for accessing the airport as well as nearby transport links into Geneva city. A great choice for a short or extended visit."

"Appart hôtel très sympa. L’appartement est très bien agencé, grand, avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine nécessaires. Tout est très propre. L’environnement est au calme avec plein espaces verts ce qui permet de profiter du chant des petits oiseaux et le bruit agréable de la rivière. Parking extérieur facile disponible sans payer. "The bathroom needs renovation, otherwise clean and functional. Jennifer(?) is an outstanding host. I made an error when making my reservation. She corrected it however she could. It is challenging to find a hotel with a personal touch. She made it this way. If I return to Gex, this will be my stop."
