"Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. They truly were the stand-out. However, I would never stay here again for a few reasons. Above all, our room was dirty and run down. There were broken hooks hanging off the wall, stains all over the furniture, stains and holes in the sheets and bedspread, and several bugs. Additionally, the inside of the windows and the area around the air conditioners were filthy. Beyond the cleanliness, the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations - although there were no signs of renovations happening (nothing taped off, no signage, no one working on anything, etc.). This was particularly frustrating, because we chose a hotel that specifically had a restaurant, and not only was there no mention that the restaurant was closed when we booed there was also no mention of this on their site when I confirmed the hours of the restaurant less than 24 hours before we arrived. "

"Hotel overall was very clean. The room was clean. We never made it to breakfast, but they did offer free breakfast! Good location right off the highway. There's a mall, gas station, a Starbucks, etc. all nearby within 5 to 15 minutes"

"The bed was good, room was neat, and the pool was operating. The hotel had an odd smell. The restaurant was under renovation and closed. Staff was kind and helped me out when there was a misunderstanding and I was not checked in the first night so was not able to get into my room the second evening when I got back. Overall a good stay."

"Arrived after a long day to be greeted by an annoyed and rude front desk employee who practically just tossed the keys at us and told us to sign. “Your room is somewhere down there” and walked away. Entered the room and immediately noticed it was not well cleaned and had moths in the room. The bathroom floor was filthy, the shower was dripping. We tried to ignore as much as we could and got some sleep. The only bright side was a kind breakfast attendant who helped my daughter and checked in on us. The pool area had not been cleaned. There were food wrappers and boxes and napkins sopping wet from what must have been a group the night before. We have stayed at many Hilton properties and will never again stay at a Spark."

"We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck."
