"This is a really modern hotel, one of the nicest rooms I've ever been in, definitely will stay again"

"The pool has nearly 6ft deep swimming pool, and the gym area was updated and supplied ! Maybe next time I’ll have breakfast"

"This is a new hotel and everything was wonderful."

"We really enjoyed our stay the Breakfast was amazing and the costumer service was perfect and friendly"

"It was certainly everything I absolutely needed but the door was extremely difficult on the accessible room for a wheelchair user as well as navigating the hotel itself"

"The room was clean which is the most important. Had all the extras, like microwave, fridge, etc. Parking was convenient and easily available. Staff was friendly and helpful. One small negative on the room. It had a toilet paper holder that was broken. Still functional by not attached to the wall correctly. Breakfast was adequate but could have some improvement. "Perfect"

Unprofessional manager Andrew hung up on me because...

"The staff at check in was very accommodating leading up to my stay I needed an extra night and they worked with me to keep me in the same room all 3 nights on short notice"

"You will find a very clean and modern hotel when you're staying at the Hyatt downtown Grand Rapids. From check-in to check-out all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and come with a coffee maker and a mini fridge. The shower has great pressure and hot water!! The hotel serves breakfast in the morning that has quite the variety. There is something for everyone. We drove up from Indianapolis and friends drove in from Detroit, making the hotel a...
