"My husband had emergency surgery and we had to extend our stay. The staff was so accommodating to let us stay in the room we were in and helping me get home from the hospital the 1st night. Breakfast and dinners are delicious! All the staff are so friendly and helpful!"
"Staff are wonderful, early check in certainly a plus.
Room was awesome, I still can’t get over the view!
Lots of wonderful outdoor activities.
Definitely needed at least 3 nights to enjoy everything. One night doesn’t make sense with check in at 4 and check out at 10:00. That’s on me not this establishment.
A bit spendy, but worth every penny."
"Our room and the property were as expected from the photos with the exception of an unusually strong chemical “air freshener” smell that was used (presumably) to mask the smell of something else. In addition, the air conditioner was on full blast when we walked in, so the room was strangely cold. We were tired, but tried to open all of the windows and the door to try to air out the room and turned off the air conditioner. After about an hour, the smell did not go away so we reached out to management, who were completely unhelpful. They offered us a fan or a change of rooms to a much smaller room with a much smaller bed. They did not walk the 50 feet to the room to better understand the problem or offer a similar room without the cleanup problem. They gave us the impression that they could really care less. In addition to the strange smell and the immovable management team, the floor was dirty (we know this because we wiped up the water that spilled from the free standing tub in the bedroom and the towel we used to wipe up the water was filthy afterward) which led us to believe that perhaps a dog had been in the room before us. All in all, it’s a cute property but we would never go back. At nearly $500/night, we had hoped for more."
"The staff at the Bath Hampton Inn is terrific. They couldn't be friendlier and more accommodating. It was quiet, clean, and conveniently located. Breakfast had many choices and was available for long enough to accommodate late sleepers. We will certainly be back again to stay here."
