"Our third stay at the hotel and still love it there. Great staff with good food and lovely bar area. Hotel also has a spa and outside pool which is great on those warm sunny days surrounded by beautiful vineyards. A relaxing couple of days."

"This hotel is in a good location for the champagne Avenue it is just a 5 min walk away. The staff are not very customer focused and gave no information without being asked. Breakfast is ok if you like continental but do not use the egg warmer it takes 15 minutes for an egg to be cooked. The toaster is up to high for short people like me to be able to us ethe tongs to retrive it. The spaces is very limited and when busy you can wait for a while to get a cup of coffee or tea. "Great location perfect for getting around champagne and getting into Reims quickly with a car. Pool, gym and sauna were all pluses. Also bakery and restaurants across the parking making it easy for mornings. Rooms were spacious. Highly recommend. "
