Sehr schönes, modernes und neues Hotel mitten in den Weinbergen. Das Prestige Zimmer lohnt sich, dann schaut man direkt in die Reben. Sehr gutes Essen, noch bessere Wein und Champagner Auswahl. Ein Genuss!

Ich war enttäuscht. Es ist so teuer und optisch erst mal ansprechend. Aber Zimmer ist durch die dunkelgrauen Wände sehr dunkel. Zimmerreinigung fand nicht statt obwohl wir uns bei der Rezeption beschwert haben, gab es keine neuen (trockenen) Handtücher und auch die Minibar wurde nicht aufgefüllt. Beim Frühstück gab es viel Süsskram (Croissants, Muffins, Magdalenas etc) aber keine Eierspeisen wie Omlette oder Spiegelei. Für 400 Euro pro Nacht doch sehr enttäuschend und nicht ädequat zur Kategorie. Pool überfüllt. Keine freien Liegen und auch lieblos gestaltet.

Prachtig hotel, mooie schone kamers, fijne spa en zwembad. We hebben hier 3 nachten verbleven en hadden een geweldige tijd. Enige minpunt: de prijs van het eten en champagne (wat een lokaal streekproduct is) was echt veel te duur en overpriced. Jammer.

This is an excellent hotel in Champagne which we also used as a great stopover on our family road-trip to Lake Annecy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the rooms had great views of the vineyards. The spa and pool facilities were also very good although the area does get busy during peak hours as does the car park. The main hotel restaurant is lovely with great staff also and the daily breakfast is to a good standard. Overall, amazing hotel! My only other feedback would be that during our first stopover, there were no staff available during our checkout to help with luggage which for a party of 6 with multiple suitcases can get tedious and ideally, there should be this service at a 5* hotel. The gentleman at the desk refused to help since he had to “man the desk” (with nobody there since it was 7am anyway). We will definitely return though since overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property was beautiful and clean overall, but there were a few issues. Two of our five rooms were not ready by 4:00. The rooms were warm and the staff at the front desk were quite rude. The restaurant was very disappointing for dinner. The food is overpriced for what we got and many of our entrees that we ordered were wrong or cold, and when we told the server it was not handled properly at all. We had to speak with the manager and he also was non-responsive. Breakfast was good and the bar food and staff were also very good.

Loisium Wine & Spa Hotel is a wonderful resort in the heart of the Champagne vineyards. The rooms are beautifully designed, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully planned. The breakfast and dinner were outstanding—among the best we enjoyed during our trip through France. If you have the opportunity, book a room overlooking the vineyards. Waking up to endless rows of Champagne vines is an unforgettable experience and one of the highlights of staying here. Parking is excellent, with a large parking area behind the hotel, making arrival and departure easy and stress-free. This is a perfect place to spend a few relaxing days—or even a week—exploring the Champagne region. We would gladly stay here again.

Mooi hotel aan de rand van Epernay met zwembad en spa. We troffen in het restaurant een ietwat zelfverzekerde sommelier die ons prima advies gaf over een moooe champagne bij ons diner. Vervolgens morste hij bij het inschenken en het bleek dat het zijn eerste werkdag was. Dat kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Het is wel een beetje zien en gezien worden in het dit hotel en restaurant. Kwaliteit van eten en drinken is goed, service en snelheid van bedienen kan beter. De bediening werkt niet efficiënt waardoor je eten soms 3-5 minuten koud staat te worden vlakbij je tafel voordat ze het serveren aan tafel. Dit omdat de bediening vergeten is om een bijzettafel of bestek in te dekken. Dat kan dus beter! Verder een prima verblijf gehad.

Sehr schönes Hotel, außerordentlich gutes Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten, toller Spa- & Fitnessbereich, schöne großzügige Zimmer. Einziger Minuspunkt: sehr spärliche Auswahl für Vegetarier in Abendkarte. Es gab ein einziges vegetarisches Hauptgericht - auf Nachfrage hieß es, dass die meisten einfach zwei Vorspeisen wählen würden. Sehr schade für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and we must say, we particularly enjoyed this stay. The hotel has made a few tweaks and changes to enhance the overall experience. They now have wine tasting at 6pm, the pool area now has the option to enjoy snacks and largest bites by the pool and the in room mini bar is now complementary. The staff have always been so helpful and friendly.

Amazing views of the vines from room. Great breakfast options. Excellent location to explore champagne regions, about a 25 minute walk through vines to get to local train station.
