"Everytging was great except there was no where local to get food. No restaurant, supermarket or fast food. They do have a tiny shop on site but only a handful of items not enough to make a meal. "

"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "What a fantastic hotel and collection of staff! The reception staff promptly responded to all of my email enquiries - I booked ski passes, transfers and ski hire through them which made our stay so smooth and hassle free.
Room was clean, great view, lovely restaurants and just a great vibe. We will be returning! "
