"As we arrived at the hotel there was 2 mattresses in the main hall of reception and people ready to sleep there, there was a lot of guys talking very loud and when we arrived everyone getting close to us like the next entertainment... Discousting energy really, feels dirty and bad vibes so we didn't stay at all, we ask for compensation "
