"Hotel is terribly dirty. Got to my room to find out a nasty toilet. Pictures were probably taken years ago, but it does not represent real condition of hotel. If possible, avoid it."

"We booked our stay of 2 days before and after our trip to Manali. Bothe times the rooms were not up to the standard of a 4* hotel. Poorly maintained and shabby.
Staff reluctant to change room or help.
