The staff very friendly. Vivik .Viswas were very helpful. And the lady who i forgot her name starts. I think its Rubi. Only thing I didn't like is NO 3 WHEELER IS ALLOWED THROUGH GATE. SO YOU HAVE TO WALK TO HOTEL. Otherwise Perfect

Gorgeous boutique hotel.

Ever since I discovered Bella Vista I have stayed here. I visit Chandigarh 4 times a year and I stay here every single time. A bit out of the way from Chandigarh but it more than makes up for it It is understated elegance - hard to find in North India. The rooms have a gorgeous view and its individual pools are a treat. Excellent food, excellent service. It is absolute value for money. Not for those who like ostentatious type of hotels. Love it!!

Friendly staff

The rooms are a bit old and the shower does not have a full glass enclosure, which leads to the floor getting very wet and dirty after someone uses the shower. But otherwise, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the few food items we ate at the restaurant were well-prepared!

Mini fridge was not working and my insulin got spoiled. Requested for a King bed hotel provided twin beds. AC was working. Later after shouting a technician came and repaired. No hot water in the bathroom. Tea kettle was not working. Wooden floor was in very bad shape. Food was horrible both in taste & quality. Hospitality was a big ZERO.

The room we stayed in was not the best. Bathroom smelled like sewage. The WiFi didn't work. The hotel is conveniently located to both Chandigarh and Panchkula.

We had issues with the electronic lock which took several attempts and several different keys to unlock the room door. When this happens each time you want to enter your room was frustrating. The hotel did not even offer to change room. The night in toilet kept coming on and going off on own. Even the credit card machine malfunctioned three attempts

Needs improvement

The services at the front desk was very slow and inefficient. In the morning when more staff is needed for check out. Only one person was available and some people had to wait for sometime. The restuarant on the 4th floor was not fully equipped with staff. Very slow service. Not satisfied at all.

Unpleasant Experience

We booked into this $168 AUD a night hotel as we had our wedding dinner event there 3 years ago. Even my uncle, who's grand home is just 2mins away was upset at the price we paid for this hotel but we were looking forward to rekindling memories as our wedding stay was very pleasent 3 years ago. Checking in at 9pm after a long drive, we were met by a dour attitude from the front office manager on duty. A smile was clearly too high a hurdle for him to cross at that time of the evening. Wi-fi was provided for just 6 hrs, 6hrs at that price,,,, Upon entering the room, only 1 slippers, 1 bathrobe was in the room even though they know me and my wife were arriving. Has to ask for the extras. Next, opened and used packet of shaving cream left in the sink from the previous occupant. Toilets/shower was as clean as a 3 star hotel. However what made me furious was when my wife was horrified to see body hairs (at least 8) all over the bed and quilt. That was the final straw. I immediately demanded the manager on duty, of course this person was not available,,,, I said make this right but upgrading me to your best room, they moved us to the CABANA room, which is about the same size, same amenities, but with an attached swimming pool and next to a stage where live music is sung in the evenings loud enough to penetrate right through our room doors. There's also no way I'm touching the water in the pool of a hotel that cant even maintain their rooms halfway decent. The included breakfas

Great hotel with an attractive european decor and incredible staff and service! Although away from the chandigarh city center I still give it a high recommendation!

I selected the hotel because it said free wifi in the rooms as well. But there was no WIFI. The bath tub was leaking.
