"Had a great stay at East Austin Hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and polite from start to finish. They even helped me with my luggage after checkout, which I really appreciated. The restrooms and overall property were very clean, and the location was perfect with everything nearby. The whole area felt welcoming and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m back in Austin."

"Our room was very clean and the staff were all wonderful and they checked in with us often. There were two ladies that worked the front desk that always said hi to us and our daughter. "I wish I would’ve booked a hotel further away that was better. Absolutely not worth the astounding price I paid of $331 per night bc of a concert in town - which I wasn’t attending. The AC had bugs crawling in it and I came home with bug bites in my legs. The room was damp and smelled and we couldn’t breathe at night because of the stale air. I would neee stay here again. The staff was beyond rude and not helpful. And I don’t write bad reviews. I’ve never given a 2 star review for anything...
