"I would have rated this property an overall excellent with the exception of one major issue. The hotel is beautiful, new and has gorgeous decor. Our king room, although “compact” had NO storage for our clothes other than 5 hangers. No chest of drawers, shelves, etc. I had to stack our packing cubes on top of a vanity serving as a nightstand. We stayed for 3 nights but for longer stays the lack of storage would be uncomfortable since you’re practically living out of your suitcase. Very...

"The room is very small but had a window (opened(!) a crack) and overlooked the park across the street. I stayed in The Roost which was a perfect size for me; a solo traveller. The front desk staff was helpful upon check-in and assisted with the “keyless” entry. Please be aware that seniors need a little extra time to process the technology! "Really warm greeting from the stsff as soon as we stepped into the hotel. Quick & efficient check-in. The room was cleaned to a very high standard. Plenty of choice at breakfast - everything from a full english cooked breakfast to a continental one. My only complaint was that there was no restaurant on site, only a cafe for snacks. Overall a great stsy & would definitely revommend."

"Between a 3 and 4, had a room without a window which was the size of the bed and not much more, but helpful staff and asked for quiet and it was. Shower etc all fine. Only real criticism was that the bedding and duvet etc were all polyester and not great quality."

"A less than five star for this stay as I had a silly runaround to get a receipt for my stay and the wrong card was charged. When you book ‘pay at property’, beware because what this actually means is that they charge the card used to guarantee the room automatically, on the day of arrival, so you do not have the opportunity to pay at the property with a different card if you chose to do so, nor to arrange an emailed invoice. "The hotel is in a great location. It’s walking distance to Buckingham palace and other sites. It’s very close to Victoria Coach station where many tours originate. "Staff were pleasant and accomodating. Hotel was under renovation during our stay which explains the lack of ammenities. Check before you book as the area gets very busy and street closures whenever there is a game. Great location if you’re watching the game."
