Rather expensive (GBP 22 per night, THB 1,000) by Thai standards compared to other similar guesthouses. Location quite far from main tourist area, so need to borrow a bicycle or rent a scooter to get around. Not much nearby in the way of restaurants etc. Hard pillows."

"This was my first trip to Thailand and the Kiree Thara Boutique Resort was the perfect place to land. It is situated in peaceful surroundings, the gardens are calming and beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, the staff were generous and hospitable. It’s a short ride from the city (easily accessible via the Grab app) and far away enough to experience the tranquility of the hills in Chiang Mai. Great food and service. I highly recommend staying here. "
