5 Star - Absolutely Remarkable!

This resort was incredible. From the evening staff that took me to my room, the day staff assisting with any questions, and the friendly staff at the mini-mart within the resort, each was extremely courteous and ready to assist. The restaurant was fabulous with an incredible wine selection. The common areas were spotless and the room (Executive Suite with Private Pool) was immaculate. I will be staying here on any future visits to Crete.

Les défauts

Convenable juste problème de climatisation pas de télécommande portable et donc on passe la nuit à se lever pour éteindre et allumer ; pas de capsules café et eau juste premier jour il faut râler pour en avoir; et serviettes souvent manquantes pour un hôtel de cette catégorie pas de radio ou enceinte et bouilloire ; petit déjeuner sans vrais jus ni yaourts dommage le reste très bien

Great location and facilities

The room was good and the location was nice. They claim however that due to Corona they cannot offer beds at the beach but all the other beachfront hotels were offering them. The breakfast crew was clearly understaffed so the service was slow and hectic.

The room was faultless. Nice location. It certainly was not adults only, more kids than adults at one point !!!! The staff were amazing but the food was sonewhat disappointing. The lack of variety and sometimes quality of the food offered for the dinner bed and breakfast option was very apparent.
