Sunrise Village amazing gem

What an amazing hotel run by the most hard working, friendly and helpful people. All of the staff were brilliant, the hotel is super clean, with themed nights, differnt food which has so much choice. We stayed as 3 chikdren and 2 adults. We are plnat based adults which made it a little harder with not mcuh protien to eat but for a week we managed. They tried hard to accomodate but on 2 days we found it hard to be full up. We had alerted them to our food needs months before. Hotel quiet at night and pool excellent. Short walk to beach with shade, water sports, snorkelling etc. Cant really fault it at all. Highly recommend.

Amazing value and fantastic staff. Tina was a standout. The food selection was diverse and they constantly restocked. I didn’t like the stairs in the maisonettes as they were very steep and didn’t feel safe. No lifts anywhere on the property. Overall we loved our stay.

Très bon séjour

Séjour extrêmement agréable dans ce club 3etoiles qui en vaut bien 4. Les personnel est toujours à votre écoute et très intentionné. Les repas buffet sont toujours différents. Seul petit soucis les chambres ne font pas duper insonorisées. Mais bon pas plus de bruit que cela si votre voisin est respectueux.

Henkilökunnan palvelualttius oli erittäin hyvä. Hymyt asiaan tarttuminen vaikka varmasti oli välillä kiire. Ruoka oli erinomaista ruokalajien vaihtuvuus riittävää ja määrä hyvä. Mitään selkeästi huonoa asiaa en huomannut, tupakointipaikka lasten leikkipaikan vieressä vähän ihmetytti.

Fin modtagelse uden for receptionens åbningstid, med let forplejning. Udmærket lejlighed. Buffet fin til alle måltider, og drikkevarer i både poolbar og restaurent ok. Venligt og imødekommende personale, der havde fint styr på restriktioner i coronatiden. Alt i alt en positiv oplevelse som vi meget gerne gentager.

Buona struttura nel complesso molto pulita,camera su due piani ottima per famiglia di 4 componenti con due bagni,hotel ideale per famiglie anche se con piscina che è a ridosso delle camere per poter riposare devi per forza tenere chiusa la finistra con aria condizionata accesa. A tal proposito non professionale la risposta della receptionist in servizio la mattina che alla.mia lamentela di un gruppo composto da due famiglie e bambini che alle due di notte appena arrivati si sono messi a fare un casino pazzesco con urla e schiamazzi, la cui risposta è stata "vediamo cosa riesco a fare d'altronde sono in vacanza".Preciso che ho due figli anche io che giammai si permetterebbero di strillare alla.notte e che le loro vacanze non devono inficiare le mie tra l'altro una giusta richiesta di poter riposare anche io alle due di notte senza necessariamente dover chiudere la finistra e tener climatizzatore acceso. Cibo abbastanza buono ma si sa all'estero ti devi adattate.Mare a 10 minuti a piedi ma sempre mosso da bandiera rossa,bisogna spostarsi in altre spiagge.Staff nel complesso gentile e educato in particolare la caposala con divisa azzurra.. Nel complesso il giudizio è buono

Super hotel considering its only 3 star. Clean room, with comfortable beds. Well laid out hotel making the most of where the sunsine is throughout the day. Good food and plenty of it. Staff friendly & helpful. Overall a really great break.

Great stay. Food of high quality. Room decent. Staff very friendly. Sofa beds very basic. Only minor issues generally. All balconies are overlooked by other holidaymakers. The development is a little cramped. Rooms described as luxury, but are not. Televisions very old and need updating. Air conditioning only partially worked in mezzanine accommodation.
