"The beach was nice and staff were very good. The room was not worth the $1400 we paid. The outlets for phone did not work. The room phones needed to be fixed twice. No hot water on 2 out of the 3 days for shower. First day we had to run the water for 10 mins before hot water came for shower Having a bedroom upstairs and shower downstairs was so inconvenient. The stairs were not clean. The plunge pool was not warm but cold. I would never stay here or recommend this to anyone. It is not Marriott luxury at all. Very disappointed with the room. Felt cheated in a sub standard room for the price."

"Nice resort overall. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a lot of selection. The loungers by the main pool are hard with no cushions. Residence collection and seaside pools are comfortable but they are adults only. Pool bar staff just stand around at the bar instead of walking around to take orders. Recommend stocking up at the shop across the street and serving yourself poolside."

"We had a wonderful time at the JW. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Everyone there was warm and helpful. We especially enjoyed talking to Angela at breakfast each morning. The property was modern and comfortable with multiple decorative pools. Our room looked straight into the ocean and the tall mountains behind. I was able to dive the elephant and seal caves which were fantastic. There’s a nearby dive shop. I highly recommend Blue Adventures Diving. The beach is small and quaint with nice chairs overlooking the water. Meals were excellent too. Thank you!"

"Excellent helpful thoughtful enthusiastic staff. Large property, really professionally well-run, with direct acess to the beach. Many pools. Good food. Dinner and drinks at sunset. Consistently superb, friendly customer service — they seem genuinely happy to see you. Pleasant relaxing stay. Virtually no need to leave the resort."

"Hotel Staff all very friendly and helpful Breakfast was perfect, nothing really that was missing. Rooms cleaned well every day, AC worked well. Location perfect, short walk to the harbour and bus station. Nothing to complain about, fantastic hotel and within a very reasonable budget. Thanks for the stay!"
