The only way to cool down would be to throw open all the windows and doors which would definitely not feel safe. We did not stay there. We asked for a refund through the hotel and through hotels.com and it was very difficult to communicate with them, a lot of mixed messages. They at one point approved a refund and then denied a refund to hotels.com and then told us they would give us 50% back. Eventually finally they approved a full refund again."
