"Bathroom was up to date as well as kitchen. washer dryer was odd had to manually change bw wash rinse and spin. Carpets sofa and cushions need update — made room look feel very dingy. BUT … staff was wonderful very helpful and efficient !"

"De kamer was schoon en groot genoeg voor 4 personen. Het balkonnetje was heerlijk om even in het zonnetje een kopje koffie te drinken. De kamer werd op verzoek tijdens het verblijf schoongemaakt. Receptie personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige punt van aandacht is dat de slaapbank in onze kamer wat te stevig was, we hebben van het hotel nog een extra topper gekregen, maar een iets dikkere topper zou uitkomst bieden. "Unser Aufenthalt in Oderberger war fantastisch. Wir waren zwei Nächte dort in einem Maisonette Zimmer mit zwei Erwachsenen und unserer 7jährigen Tochter. Das Zimmer war wirklich wunderschön, das Bad geräumig und alles super sauber. An einem Tag haben wir Frühstück dazu gebucht und auch das hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Alles was das Herz begehrt und noch mehr. Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig und auch der Abend im Kaminzimmer hat uns total gut gefallen. Wir kommen in jedem Fall nochmal...

"We found this to be a lovely hotel and the Prinzlauer district and a good base for exploring Berlin. The room was luxurious and very comfortable. The included breakfast is excellent, although the wait staff were somewhat unfriendly. The staff at the front desk, however were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is 2 stops on the M2 tram from Alexanderplatz."

"Das Hotel hat nur 2 Aufzüge um auf seine Etage zu kommen. Leider war bei Ankunft davon einer Defekt. Wir waren 7 Tage in diesem Hotel und es macht keinen Anschein, als würde der Aufzug demnächst repariert werden. Dieser o.g. Aufzug wurde nicht nur von Hotelgästen genutzt, sondern auch von Besuchern des Supermarktes im EG, was dazu führte., das man ewig auf den Aufzug warten musste, da dieser hoch und runter fährt aufgrund der vielen Besucher des Gebäudes . "I really enjoyed staying at the gold palais hotel. It had a nice balcony with chairs facing the courtyard. The shower was incredible. It had both an overhead faucet and a handheld faucet with good water pressure. There was a m4 tram right outside the hotel that could take you directly to Alexanderplatz. And the cleaning people cleaned my room everyday. I highly recommend this hotel."
