"The hotel was clean and the breakfast was hot with a variety of food. The hotel is a bit dated, but clean. The staff was very helpful. When we first arrived there was an issue with the air conditioning in our room. Matt, from the front desk, immediately changed our room. Matt was also helpful in recommending a good restaurant."

"Had an issue with the tv where the internet stopped working. Within 10 mi utes of notifying them they were on the case and had it fixed within the hour, fantastic service! Staff are lovely, very friendly and welcoming. Room cleaned well every day unless sign was put on door. Coming back to streetsboro and already booked my next stay here."

"This is a very old place. The online photos are obviously many years old. The place needs major renovations and maitenance including exterior paint and repairs to pillars and parking lot repairs. There are roof shingles missing. The place barely has any lights on and the halls and even the lobby are dimly lit. The room was suffice but again very dated. "Had to switch our first room because of heavy smoke smell and bathroom door wouldn’t open fully. Second room better but bathtub filthy and floor tiles cracked and toilet ‘spit’ water when flushed. I would not consider these rooms suites as they are very small with 2 full size beds with hardly any room to get around them and a fold out couch which was actually a very comfy bed.
