"Rooms are nice and overall environment was nice. Security is lacking though big time. Constantly the doors were propped open and random people come in and out. I know any hotel that can happen at but knowing this is a glorified motel it’s just not safe to allow this. Smoke free within the hotel is inconvenient and doors are insanely heavy to open with bags in your hands, kids, dogs, etc. "

"The property is in the perfect location. The 2 bedroom suite was well equipped with everything you would need. Bethany always answered any question we had within minutes. We also really enjoyed the Hidden House coffee/tea in the morning and wine in the evening. "

"Clean, spacious, accommodating to my family of 5. We enjoyed that it was not directly on king street but close enough for us. If you like to walk this is your place !"

"The hotel room itself was in good condition, but the decorations were completely inappropriate. The French colonial maps on display are offensive and disrespectful to many guests. They should be removed immediately."
