"We did appreciate the morning breakfast buffet. The attendant kept it stocked when items ran out. However, the hotel cleaning staff never cleaned our room and we were there five nights. Very frustrating and disappointing since we talked to the front desk about it, but they never resolved the problem."

"This is the first time I stayed at a home 2 suites hotel. I was pleasantly surprised at how large the sweets were. It had everything that we needed. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. The only small complaint I had is that the pillows were horrible. They were paper thin. I don't know how these can even be called pillows. I asked them to bring up two more so that we could stack them up. The pillows that they brought up were a little bit thicker but still got flat very quickly....

"Great location for many things. Easy to get in and out of with exits at each end of the road. They have Weber gas grills in front of the hotel if you're using the place as an extended stay."

Staff was okay, not overly friendly at all and front desk person not as warm and welcoming on checkin and check out. Felt like a bother really. Last issue - adult pool needs it's own hot tub. We went to the main pool since it was cooler and misty raining and there were tons of kids in the hot tub, unsupervised, playing, dunking each other, etc. No staff member...

Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool.
