"I have traveled enough around the US and the world, but I have never experienced a hotel with walls this thin. Staying in Room 103, I could clearly hear every word of conversation and the television from the next room all night. When I talked to the front desk at 3:00 AM, the staff member simply replied, “The only thing we can do is just let them know.” The neighboring TV stayed on loudly until 8:00 AM, making sleep completely impossible. Poor soundproofing combined with unhelpful night staff...

"Everything was awesome at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was spotless. My only complaint was that they only had queen beds when I booked a king. However, that was attributed to booking on Expedia and we were given a room with a nice view when I mentioned it was my 35th wedding anniversary. A good compromise."
