"Our reservation was cancelled by the manager (Jessica) the day we arrived. We had received a text from her and responded that we would be arriving within the hour. We were given an upgraded room for the inconvenience but that room was directly over a delivery door of some sort. 2 and 3am loud noises from delivery drivers for hours at a time. Not the fault of the hotel but there was rusty water for our shower the day of check out due to the Fire Department using a hydrant for a fire near by. No...
