"Make sure if you request a Balcony that you overlook the pool and NOT the parking lot. I went by the picture and ASSumed it was overlooking the pool. My fault...should have clarified but I didn't. Although I overlooked the parking lot. It was still nice to have a nightly breeze from third floor. Overall a nice experience."

"Disappointed, Valet parking only, but you have to go over to their station and request help with luggage. IL saw them watch a senior couple struggle with their luggage as they were talking among themselves. They didn't assist my daughter at all with loading the car. They were not busy, just no service.
During my stay, the cleaner made up one bed in a 2-bed room and left the other bed unmade. When I informed them, they asked me questions about whether I had personal items on the bed, I didn't. ...

"It’s more geared for business people, not tourists. Not much around there. I was there to visit a friend local to Daniel‘s Island. The hotel was fine, but on arrival there was no one at the front desk so I had to stand there then call out for someone. A staff member eventually came from the back and said they’ve been on the phone, however, the same thing happened on checkout, there was no one on the front desk then after I called out they came out and said they were on the phone, but it...
