"Wonderful facilities, clean and comfortably. Staff was sharp and helpful. Dinning was excellent - a hidden restaurant treasure.
I will stay there on my next visit to RI"
"Ashley at the front desk is super helpful and so kind.
As a family of five it can be tough to find a place to stay that doesn't break the bank. We stayed in apartment 2 and loved it!! We had everything we needed and if we didn't, we just asked Ashley and she was on top of it.
The drive to the beach is 10 minutes. Drive to the store is 3 minutes.
The pool was great and clean.
The grounds were spectacularly maintained.
We will come back."
"We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return."
"Dirty washcloth and Kleenex left from prior guest. Various tools and cleaning gear lying around the property. A/C filthy and barely working.
This motel should be dropped from your listing.
We paid for two days but left after the first"
