"We arrived around 4:30, the carpark was busy and the restaurant really busy - wasn’t an issue for us as we were going out. "Staff were all very friendly and patient. From reception staff to waiting staff at breakfast. I upgraded to an executive suite and it was really clean and comfortable. "

"Everything was brilliant apart from 2 things. Unfortunately those things mean we don’t get a proper nights sleep. 1: the shower suddenly started to drip in the middle of the night, not once but twice. Both times lasting around 5 mins. The second time I would not stop and I had to turn the shower on for a few seconds and off again to make it stop. 2. There was a flash and small blip from the fire alarm. "Friendly welcome, clean tidy room, no smells, two small spiders. Comfy bed, nice hot shower. Breakfast was excellent, good choice."

"There was a problem with the room being the shower attachment then the noisy radiator. The duty staff quickly attended and moved and upgraded me to a much more comfortable room. Thank you"

"Most things were excellent except for the booking system. The hotel website had a phone number but no email! When the phone number was called we were asked what we wanted before being referred to just 1 of 2 options, with no chance of talking to a person. The phone would continue ringing for a little while before timing out. We were given no chance of leaving a message or to ask for a call back. We had to cancel our original booking in order to rebook using a different 3rd party website...
