"This property was a nice safe place for family of 4. It was in a more residential neighborhood. A car is a must if you are going to stay here as it's a ways from beaches and night life. There is one bar/restaurant that is walkable and was great for breakfast and drinks. It does include washer and dryer but no laundry detergent and minimal toiletries/towels. Some touches such as laundry detergent, beach chairs that you could take to beaches, and some toiletries would make it 5 stars. "

"Very nice property, well equipped suite, just bring your suitcase & you're home. Beautiful view. Restaurant & convenience store on-site, food was delicious, complimentary Coffee & Water in lobby. Bring coffee/creamer for your in-room coffee maker! Pool was wonderful & view breathtaking. Taxis onsite & available $6 per person. Walking wasnt the best & safest idea, we did it once. Friendly & helpful staff . Theres parking, seemed busier on weekends though. My only complaint is some of the women working the front desk staff could be friendlier. "

"The place it’s beautiful. Close to everything and you can walk everywhere. The stairs are a workout, but necessary to stay in shape😂. Mark was superb, courteous and helpful. I recommend “At Home In the Tropics” for a quite, walkable, clean and friendly place to stay in St. Thomas!"
