I was a little sketchy because of where it was located but honestly super quiet and the rooms are freshly remodel and clean. Super soft beds and pillows and clean white sheets. Highly recommend for the price

The reception area was clean and the night manager very helpful. The elevator stank as if someone had smoked weed in it. Our room was hard to find, not very well marked. There was garbage in the bin from either a previous customer or cleaning crew. No hot water, and yes I did try the cold and the hot. The water in the washbasin was slow to drain. The hair dryer did not work. After a long day of travel this was unacceptable as I booked the room based on previous reviews. Thankfully the bed linen was clean. Can't say I'll return to this hotel!

They are under renovation. First room, door would not completely lock. Looks like they are hiring people that do not know how to remodel. Flooring buckling, holes in the bathrooms, caulking used to fill gaps that are too large, no towel bars for hand towels or shower towels, light not working, beds felt like they wouldn’t hold for long and I’m sure I'm missing something. Staff very nice and even said they would look into offering a discount. We told them no on that and would be happier if they fixed the deficiencies for the next person. Outside was not kept very well and location was not the best.

The property was undergoing renovations during our stay, and unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was not up to our expectations. The carpet had a musty odor, which made the room feel less comfortable. My wife was particularly disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We also noticed some homeless individuals near the nearby gas station, which affected our impression of the area. While the hotel was adequate for a short stay, we would likely choose a different property on our next visit.

Staff didn’t know what they were doing during check in, it’s still under construction in most parts. There was a homeless man on the third floor hall sleeping and asking for money. Overall, not a good experience for the money I paid.
