Katrina and Nyoka always made me feel welcome and heard when checking in and confirming my reservation extensions. No issues besides some other guest staying here but you can’t fault the company for who books a room. Everything was fine besides the bugs in the room. I found myself spraying down the room like a routine pest control work everyday if not twice a day only for the problem to get about 70% better. Being exposed to the pest prolonged gave my soupse rashes on his back and armszz

Found 3 roaches and a spider in our room over 2 nights stay. Wheelchir accessible room was good, walk in shower with shower chair. Refrigerator was clean as well as the bathroom.

The rooms were clean and the staff was nice/ friendly. My only problem I was concerned about the people walking in and out of the hotel. One man approached my daughter and asked to use her phone because he was trying to reach somebody in the hotel and the hotel wouldn’t let him use the phone.

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. But on the way to the room, we noticed a really awful smell, like sewage. Luckily our room did not smell. Although the bathroom was clean, it felt severely outdated and there were mold stains in the ceiling. One of the bed side lamp’s bulb was out. There was a corner chair that was very dirty and stained so we couldn’t use it. The beds were super comfortable and clean.

Pleasant experience

I traveled to Charlotte two weekends in a row to do the NASCAR Driving Experience. We traveled from the Tidewater area of Virginia. We arrived close to midnight both weeks. Late check in went well and the night desk clerk was very nice... The rooms were clean and well maintained. I would stay there again.

Area was nice. Close to where I needed to be and was safe. The room its self had some damage. The bedding was clean but had some old stains and hair that was in the fabric. Pillows were really flat

Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. Property was mostly clean however there was an overwhelming smell of smoke in the lobby and hallways. And too many tenants standing around in the lobby and near the doors. Other than that I would've given a better rating. Overall my room was clean and I enjoyed my stay.

I didn't feel safe around this property. Do check your room before making any payment. Hotel staff simply denied my change room request when I told them that my bathroom lock is broken and anyone can open it from outside. It was very smelly when i entered into property. Room was smelly too. Overall experience was bad.

Clean, and comfortable

The hotel itself was good. Clean. Bed was comfortable enough. Needs more blankets. Friendly staff. However when we arrived there were several police and obvious issue going on. We are from 13 hours away so asked what was going on. Said nothing. Then as they brought someone out on Handcuffs the staff member swore and then said they couldn’t tell us anything. Had to be professional they said. Well that was not possible now. We decided once that was all over we would see the room etc first, which was fine. No further sissies and the area was beautiful and very convenient. Said they had breakfast but there was nothing, and no coffee in room or anything. Also still Waiting for my security deposit to be refunded.

Great staff!!! The staff is comprised of friendly, approachable, hard working individuals who you instantly relate to and respect for their willingness to assist when needed. Unfortunately the property is older and could benefit greatly from a remodel.
