The staff is great! I tried to check in late one evening, and their system (hilton's nation wide) was down, so the front desk ladies did what they could to get me in a room, and even gave me snacks due to the situation, which was so nice! I was glad to stay there - I'd stay there again! It was a very nice place. We stayed in room 406! Cheap, Affordable, but great value and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Perfect location if you are visiting the PNC Music Pavilion. Close to highway and easy access to airport. Mall with many dining options less than a mile away. Breakfast buffet on site. Aiden at the front desk was friendly and helpful!

Good hotel!

Just needed a room for the night on our way home and this was available. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and it was everything we needed to rest up for our ride home. The only thing that would have been nice would be free breakfast.. expected breakfast included for a Hilton. Still a good stop!

I stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn for my visit to Charlotte for the PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. I got my digital key before arriving, so checkin was easy. My room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice and welcoming. I had dinner there a couple times and had some nice conversations with some of the staff. I had a classic fish sandwich for dinner both nights. It was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

Quick, Nice overnight. Comfy bed. Other reviews complained about breakfast but we thought it was good. Biscuits, potatoes, bacon and juice were best of what we tried. Desk staff was courteous and efficient.
