Overall our stay was excellent! The unit was VERY clean and smelled fresh as well and was very accommodating. It is a bit confusing trying to figure out what door to go in, especially after hours. The paid parking was great but is extremely tight trying to maneuver in the parking deck.One thing we did not like was the furniture. The couch was very uncomfortable and stiff feeling. The bed was comfortable but it dipped in the center making getting out of the bed difficult. Communication was very good! If we are in Charlotte again we will definitely make a reservation to stay.

We loved our short stay at the Kasa! Very clean, made it feel like a second home to us. We loved the fact that it’s super walkable too. The area is perfect so you can scooter into or out of the city if you don’t have a car rental.
