The property was a little too industrial looking for my taste. Very little storage for clithes. No closet in room. Housekeeping never came the 3 days we were there. Only 1 seat to sit in room so unless you wanted to stay in bed not good for 2 people. Propert was clean.

What a cool space! The check-in was super smooth, everyone I dealt with was lovely: informative and super helpful with anything I needed/had questions about. The room was great--super simple and comfortable but it had the coolest small touches in terms of decor. When I come back to Charlotte, this is where I'll be staying!!

Most of the staff was very accommodating, fairly close to convention center and restaurants, nice rooftop, meal (salmon) I had first day for lunch was abysmal. Area is across from bus terminal and is unpleasant.

The lobby bar was a nice place to hangout. All staff were friendly. We did have a small issue with the valet parking. When we went to get our car, the people on staff for that day didn’t know where anyone’s cars were. It only took about 20-30 minutes to get it figured out.
