Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle and complimentary breakfast were also a bonus. The hotel sits right behind a Cracker Barrel and Waffle House which is extremely convenient for lunch or late night snacks.

I really didn't come across any staff they appeared to be nice. The rooms were decent. breakfast is really Continental so if you want something hot go next door to Cracker Barrel. Over all it was a decent stay.

The shuttle was on time and easy to access. Rooms were clean! Some maintenance could be needed (chipped walls, etc) but the sheets were clean and the water was hot. Happy with the place as a quick stop over with flights.

The rooms were clean and the staff was excellent often interjecting how was I doing etc. The only complaint was that the bathroom shower area did not have grab bars, but I do realize that it was an older area. The driver for the airport shuttle was excellent and helpful.

I stayed for 2 nights. The staff were nice and helpful and friendly the entire stay. The room was decently clean aside from the bathroom, my room had leftover hair in the tub/shower and floor. And the wifi was touch and go. Aside from those I didnā€™t have a bad stay.

The property was well maintained and the room that I had was decent, however there was a distinct and strong smell of urine in my bathroom. It could have come from a pet/service animal, also the shower handle controlling the water was loose and needed maintenance, also there was continental breakfast that was very mediocre.
