The hotel is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, Theresa at the front desk was customer service personified. She made us feel as though we were the only guests in the hotel and truly set the tone for a wonderful stay. We also spent time at Sophia’s, where Raye was our bartender. She is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and an absolute pleasure. She made our evenings at the bar even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Exceptional experience! Beautiful hotel in the heart of Uptown surrounded by many restaurants bars and the event centers this location was great for our overnight stay. Valet is pricey at $60 but in this area parking is expensive. The entire staff were so friendly and welcoming and very attentive. Luxurious, we received complementary champagne in our room and a complementary cocktail at the bar. The vibe was southern hospitality dripping in Parisian luxury. The bed was firm, high quality linens and pillows and the absolute coziest throw blanket. We ordered room service breakfast and the French toast is a must, delicious! We hope to have the opportunity to stay here again. A million stars!!

This hotel thinks of everything. Our room lights, TV, and heat was on when we got to our room. The staff offered us tooth brushes, tooth paste, etc because they new our bags got lost and we had nothing but the clothes we were wearing. The rooms are delightful.
