Hotel was wonderful, staff was very nice and friendly! My only down side is the motion censored AC. If you leave the room, you would come back to a hot room because the AC will turn off when there’s no movement.

I did not stay a whole 24 hours as I was there between flights. The time I did stay was great. Staff were nice and helpful. Room and general areas were nice and clean., I will go there again and experience all they have.

No coffee maker and hair dryer in the room! But we have the full kitchen, stove, sink and microwave so it’s ok. The elevator is not well-kept and a little bit dingy. Anyway, it is just our stopover for the night on our way to South Carolina so no big deal. As soon as we checked out of the hotel, we left for downtown Charlotte which is awesome and impressive. ❤️

The staff I met were friendly. The room was clean and quiet. It offered amenities like a sink and fridge in the room that theoretically if I had a week stay would be nice. I did not feel overly safe. Was quite a bit of lingering in the parking lot and drive and my vehicle was approached. If I had paid for two nights I would have left after one just based on not feeling comfortable getting around anywhere outside of my locked room. This is not a reflection on the staff or facility rather more property management.
