"The room was awful. It was dirty and the chair in room had stains. Bed coming apart and chair to desk all black rubbed off. Wouldn’t recommend to any one."

Great Wolf Lodge Concord
"Everything was perfect until me and my family checked out and got hit with charges. A case is open and now pending of $1,200 on my card. It was an enjoyable 2 nights that we stayed to celebrate my 10yr old but on the ride home was a bit of a headache."
