"Wonderful rooms"

"The room was fairly clean, bedding seemed clean and very tidy, but they sprayed some kind of strong smelling air freshener that lingered for hours. One of us has allergies and neither of us enjoyed the odour. We faced the fields behind the building so we slept with the window open, which brought in a nice breeze and helped to dissipate the smell. The customer service was adequate. We were given some information when we arrived, and had minimal conversation on checkout. We didn’t love that...

"Our hosts Liz and Sean were fantastic, we felt at home as soon we arrived. Their attention to detail throughout the house and rooms is top notch. Communication prior to our stay was easy and efficient. The highlight of each day was the home cooked breakfast! We very much appreciated their personal insight to what PEI has to offer. We definitely recommend this property and would stay there again."

"Arrived finding out the elevator was not working . We were given a key to a room that was already occupied. Got into the room we had reserved and the TV did not work, we were told the TV would be fixed. It was not and we were there for 2 nights Second nite they gave us the option of having Netflix , which we took. The bathtub did not drain properly . Next morning they picked up the recycle and emptied the garbage in the bathroom, not the main room. Sand on the floor was not cleaned up...

"It was dirty and the clerk at the desk was rude"

"Room was clean and tidy-exactly what we needed. Air conditioner worked well and room came with standard shampoo, soap, etc. Front desk staff and cleaners are nice. The room was pricey for what you got, but thats the norm for PEI in the summer. Breakfast was okay, and plenty of people prepping the potatoes, eggs and ham. The breakfast room is very small for the size of the motel and there was a sunroom attached to the breakfast room that seemed store laundry. It was a good stay."
