"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was great and made it easy to explore Montreal while still being in a quiet area. Parking was convenient, and everything was well organized. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montreal!"

"If you’re just looking for a place to shower and get a good night’s sleep that’s close to the métro, this hotel is a great choice. During our four-day stay, there was a jazz festival happening right outside the hotel, which made the area lively and fun. We really enjoyed the atmosphere."

"The location is the best thing about this hotel. Right next to the Berri-UQAM metro station, very useful. My room was clean and the breakfast is limited, but okay. The AC wasn’t working in my room and it was like 30°C outside… The Wi-fi wasn’t loading either. My bathroom was way older than the pictures. Parking is very expensive, but there are public ones around, you should park there. Reception looked nice, but it doesn’t really add anything."

"It was a hot (40C) and humid night in Montreal. AC was not working. We requested to fix the AC or change the room. They didn't listen to us but offered us to immediate check out with refund which was not possible as it was very difficult to find a hotel last moment because of Canada holiday (July 1). We had to spend a sleepless night. The two receptionist girls at the front desk was not courteous and helpful. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any hotel before. Communication with the clerk was difficult due to a language barrier, but you're informed a $60 security deposit will be charged and your ID scanned. You then cross an unlit, pitch-black parking lot, dodging craters in the crumbling asphalt to reach your room. Open the door and you're greeted by red ambient...

"Booked for my parents who were in town. After we had finished for the day I checked them around 9PM, we were told that a parking pass would left on the table, none was found. Reached out to the host but took too long to respond so I had to pay to park the car in an alternate garage several blocks away., even though parking was supposed to be included. Communicated with the host for reimbursement and never received an answer. If I need to book another room in the area, I will choose somewhere...
