Personnels très agréable avec un très bon accueil à l'arrivée et lors de notre présentation pour le petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner très varié et copieux, pour tous les goûts. De quoi bien débuter une bonne journée. Très grand parking pour les voitures qui sont en sécuritées. Proche du Parc du FUTUROSCOPE, à 5mn à pied. Très bon séjour et très agréable. JE RECOMMANDE

Nous avons décidé sur la route d’aller au futuroscope, l’hôtel campanile est bien placé, chambres pas trop chères, restauration sur place… Chambre petite mais suffisante. Quartier calme. Parking ok.

Ikke noget særligt

Det var dobbelt så dyrt som det burde være. Der var mørkt i rummet, bruseren er en “smart” model, der spare vand, men gør at vandet er lunken 10-15 cm. væk, men nærmest kogende tæt på. Derudover var der fugtigt på gulvet, måske på grund af en vandskade.

Good but less english speaking

Ok hotel to stay for a night or two when you're at Futuroscope. Bad thing is that not alot of staff speak english. Wich is mandatory imo in the facilitating sector.

Hôtel qui ne vaut pas 3 étoiles mais 2.

Hôtel qui devrait porter 2 étoiles pour la chambre. En effet le lit double n'était pas confortable. Il était très mou et les oreillers étaient très fermes. De plus il y a avait un 2ème lit superposé qui était installé assez bas, en conséquence nous nous sommes cognés la tête au réveil. Autre point négatif, le mousseur de la salle de bain pour faire des économies d'eau. En effet, nous avions l'impression de nous laver avec de l'écume d'eau. Pas vraiment agréable. Sinon, les chambres sont propres, calmes et la restauration ainsi que le personnel sont conformes à l'attendu.

Le séjour a été agréable et le personnel très poli et attentionné. La chambre est confortable mais la deco vieillotte. Sauf la salle de bain L’isolation est mauvaise par la porte. La restauration est bonne et copieuse

arrivé le 1er janvier à 16h, nous avons du attendre avant de pouvoir intégrer notre chambre. Dans celle ci il faisait très froid. Nous avons appelé l'accueil et ce fut le début de nos difficultés avec une employé de celui-ci. Après plus d'une heure et demi, le chauffage est revenu. La personne de l'accueil ne s'est jamais excusée pour son manque d'empathie et de réactivité. Les salariés de la partie restauration sont au top. Le lendemain matin nous avons eu une discussion avec la responsable du site qui s'est montrée très à l'écoute de nos récriminations envers l'accueil. Elle nous a proposé un geste commercial. Moralité : tout se serait bien passé si dès le début quelqu'un de compétent et d'efficace avait été à notre écoute

C'était un super séjour. Lors de mon arrivée j'était épuisée et le personnel m'a reçu très émablement. Pour le diner on m'a proposé un plateau repas exellent et je tiens à souligner la gentillesse et le professionalisme des cuisiniers et serveurs. J'y retournerai avec plaisir.

Séjour Futuroscope nouvel an 2025

Très bon accueil. Chambre bien conçue et très propre (hormis le WC malodorant) Un peu de bruit il faudrait penser à lubrifier des charnières de portes autres chambres environnantes qui grincent. Petit déjeuner très copieux hélas quelques produits un peu trop industriels comme la charcuterie, le fromage, saucisses snack accompagnant les œufs brouillés trop grasse (industrielles) Il faudrait plus de qualité. On ferait la même remarque sur le dîner du réveillon du 31 c'était bien mais quelques produits manquait de qualité car probablement industriels aussi pour autant le personnel et les cuisiniers ont fait un très bon travail. Globalement un bon dîner un peu cher car formule buffet copieuse sans être forcément savoureuse sur certains produits proposés. En résumé, nous sommes satisfaits, à recommander mais mériterait une amélioration sur le rapport qualité prix même si raisonnable pour ce type d'hébergement.
