The receptionists were bilingual and even offered to help solve some other travel issues we had that had nothing to do with the hotel. Can't wait to return! Suggest two nights."

There were plenty of insects outside the doors and along the corridors. The fire alarm in another unit went off at 6:00 AM during my stay and remained blaring for around 10 minutes, though I cannot say whether this was actually the establishment's fault or whether the occupant was culpable. "While the room was clean and the decor was very nice, our first floor room faced a busy intersection that handled big trucks and regular traffic. We wouldn't have noticed the noise but for the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. They kindly brought up a fan to circulate the air and cool things, but we had to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was good but we were too tired to appreciate it. We didn't use the spa."
