"Very lovely hotel. Love the no tipping policy. Staff are good and friendly. I think the policy that requires you pay half the cost of the room in order to stay two hours longer is ridiculous and the desk staff should be able to grant more time depending on the situation. The cost of the rooms and the amenities don’t really match. There should be package deals for parents of students that decrease the costs. Room service is kind of a joke, it’s just to-go brought to your room. No plates, silverware provided. Not worth the added charge. "

You can’t beat the location as we stepped out onto the street and we were there in the middle of Hollywood with the walk of fame and all there is to offer. Every staff member we interacted with was so helpful and friendly, and went above board with their service. Really a spectacular hotel thank you so much."

"Absolutely LOVED this property! The throwback retro vibe fit in with the retro theme of our trip. The hotel is very conveniently located within quick walking distance to the Brady Bunch House. The hotel also had great transportation to/from Universal Studios. The room was clean and well kept and had plenty of space. Each member of the staff that we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely book this hotel again in the future!"
