"Such a cute place with extremely friendly and helpful staff! Overall it was a fantastic experience. A star off because the property is showing some wear and tare (drywall peeling, stains on the carpet, our shower was broken, etc.) we also stayed for 4 nights and no one came to clean our room till the last day which was a little disappointing especially with kids! But overall we had a great time. The staff was great. The pool was nice and the vibes were awesome!"

"AMAZING!! The Hotel Staff is incredbible! Kind, professional ..the true definitiopn of Hospitality at an VERY reasonble price. The free Coffee and Tea service is 24/7! The Breakfast and Evening Eats and Drinks are INCREDIBLE Large assortment abundant all you can eat. and FRESH! The Hotel is convenient to Shopping and only 15 min from Dowtown for a concert, museum or Ruby Falls Rock City out door activities. Perfect weekend getwaway. SPECIAL recognition to Maddison and Cassandra they are absolutely lovely guest reception at front desk. They exemplified the warm experience in every way..and there was a kind older gent, kinda short in stature..but HUGE in personality who catered to every guest request. Kudos to this winning team.. I have stayed at the best hotels in the world but nothing compared to the warmth and service of this property. It made me a Drury fan forever. GO go for a weekend and you will see for yourself.n-Keith"
