I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary! The receptionist at check in was awesome and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! At first glance the room is as pictured in the app. The building is secure, as you need your key card to open the outside doors. But that is the extent of the positive aspects of this hotel! For second floor rooms, the wagons they provide to assist in getting your luggage to the room are not helpful, as they don’t have an elevator. I couldn’t use the back entrance, because the key card sensor looked like it had been removed and had exposed wires hanging…. For the actual room itself, starting with the kitchen… The pictures only show the cabinets fully stocked with dishes for 4, however we only had a couple of each item. There was an oven in the room, but didn’t have a single baking sheet or oven safe dish to cook in. The coffee pot had a filter with moldy grounds and build up in the pot itself. One of the glasses in the cabinet looked like it had some brown, sticky soda spots in the bottom. As for the rest of the rooms, there were just a few things here and there…. We didn’t pull out the sofa bed, but the recliner had what I assume to be a red wine stain down the whole side of the arm rest. The shower curtain had some black and red spots on it. Other than that the linens and beds were clean. They didn’t enforce any quiet times as stated… kept up til after 2 and got woke up at 6. At check out we waited 15 minutes for them to show up.
