Good price and decent hotel

Good hotel for 1 night, a little old. No fridge, no coffee in the room. Very simple but beds and bathroom are very clean and comfortable.

A lovely stay.

Although the property looks a bit dated, once you are inside the hosts look after you so well all is forgotten. Our room was comfortable and looked out over the river. Amazing views. Dinner was excellent and breakfast on the terrace was a joy. Would certainly recommend, especially if you don't mind seeing the occasional cat. Excellent value for money and happily return for another stay.

The hotel is fairly basic and a bit dated and at check-in there was only French spoken, fair enough. We only stayed for a night and it was a great night. We walked into town where there was excellent food and drink and it’s beautiful. The bed was incredible, super king size and really comfy! Great night’s sleep for us and the kids!

Excellente étape en famille

Nous nous sommes arrêté pour une nuit sur le trajet de nos vacances et pour profiter du futuroscope le lendemain qui est a peine à une demi heure. Belle petite ville , médiévale sur le haut avec ces châteaux, très jolie, vue depuis le restaurant de l hotel. Les deux dames etaient tres accueillante et sympathique. Si nous devions revenir dans le coin nous reviendrons séjourné au chalet fleuri ! Nos enfants ont adoré la mezzanine dans la chambre et nous la qualité de la literie et des coussins.

Arrivés un soir de canicule après 5 heures de route éprouvantes sous la chaleur, nous avons regretté de ne pas trouver dans la chambre un mini frigo ou a défaut une carafe d'eau fraiche et deux verres. Il n’y avait pas non plus de bouilloire électrique avec deux tasses et qq tisanes comme cela se fait un peu partout maintenant. Il nous a été répondu que c'était un deux étoiles mais ce n'est pas une raison pour ne pas offrir ce service de base. Par ailleurs l'hôtel est très très vieillot, et le jardin un peu à l’abandon. Il n’y avait pas de fruits au petit déjeuner juste quelques bananes. Bref très très décevant si l'on compare avec les efforts faits par les loueurs de Airbnb dans l'accueil de leurs clients.

Un endroit où les poules en porcelaine et les coupelles de fleurs règnent en maîtres.. Une décoration un tantinet vieillotte et kitch, mais c’est ce qui nous a à la fois surprises et amusées. La chambre était très propre et la literie confortable. Le repas du soir était simple mais délicieux. Les chats de la patronne (charmante et aux petits soins pour ses clients) se baladent dans l’hôtel, attention si vous êtes allergique car ce n’est pas mentionné lors de la réservation. Personnellement je n’avais pas demandé l’option miaou et j’ai trouvé cela un peu déstabilisant à l’arrivée; mais cela ajoute une touche d’originalité que nous n’avons pas trouvé dans l’hôtel précédent (faisant partie d’une chaîne) et qui se perd dans l’uniformité et l’asepsie des hôtels actuels.. En résumé, cet hôtel est unique en son genre mais c’est ce qui fait son charme et nous nous en souviendrons! En outre, il est très bien situé au bord de la rivière et la vue sur le village est sublime.

Médiocre

La chambre était d’une propreté correcte, l’aspect général de l’hôtel est très médiocre. L’accueil et le bazar autour pas digne d’un hôtel. Le bâtiment mérite une grosse restauration. Pommeau de douche qui coule dans tout les sens !!!! Bref il ne faut pas être difficile

Un hôtel qui est "dans son jus", un peu viellot mais qui a son charme. C'est propre et bien entretenu. La patronne est très gentille et attentionnée. Le fait de pouvoir diner sur place est un grand plus. Il y a de nombreuses places de parking privées. Le tout pour un prix très attractif.
