"This is a spectacular place to stay. The rooms have an upscale resort feel. Views are great. Little bakery downstairs has delectable pastries! Restaurant is pricey but excellent food! Definitely recommend this place!"

"Hi I appreciate the staff at the property as they are warm and welcoming. The escalator needs to be updated as it’s slow and jerky. The gym is tiniest ever😅

"It has a great restaurant onsite that also provides a great free hot buffet breakfast. It is close to others nearby as well as shops. Easy to get to the highway and very clean. Bed were comfortable and pillows were great. Found the lobby and elevator too scented, which was a little overpowering, but other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for great service and a great sleep."

"This is our go to hotel for our frequent trips to Victoria for theatre and concerts at the Royal Theatre. The location is perfectly situated for walking in either direction, so the harbour, dining and the theatre are all easily accessible. The property itself is in fantastic condition, the rooms and other facilities are very well maintained. The staff are without exception warm and welcoming and every request we have made was delivered with the highest level of courtesy. Wonderful hotel!"
"What a wonderfully charming inn! Our room was perfect from the comfy bed to the windows overlooking the street. A 2 minute walk from Beacon Hill Park,15 mins from Fisherman’s Wharf and not much longer to Fan Tan Alley in Chinatown. We didn’t need a car to get around at all. Breakfast was wonderful. My husband can’t say enough about the building and super friendly and helpful staff, especially Hedy and Roy/Ron (sorry we couldn’t remember which it was)
