We've rounded up all the info you need to make your flight a stress-free experience. Follow our tips and you'll be zooming through the airport and exploring Bidar in next to no time. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Air travel can be a pleasure if you bring the right gear. Firstly, you'll want a few toiletry items, such as toothpaste, a toothbrush and some deodorant, a fresh change of clothes and a good read. Next, leave space in your bag for your phone, tablet and chargers, medications and maybe a quality neck pillow as well. Lastly, be sure to take your passport, travel papers and your credit cards.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Put all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and hairspray in your checked luggage. Any gels or liquids in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres) will be confiscated. Pointed or sharp objects, like your treasured Swiss Army knife, and dangerous goods which are explosive or flammable, such as flares, chemicals agents and strong acids, are also prohibited.
What to wear on a flight:
- The aisles of a plane aren't the place for a fashion parade. Don comfortable layers and pick shoes that are enclosed, flat and easy to remove.
- Caused by prolonged periods of inactivity, deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a blood clot condition that can affect some passengers during long-haul flights. Lower your risks by staying hydrated, keeping your legs and ankles moving and wearing compression socks to help your circulation.
