We've rounded up all the info you need to make your flight as enjoyable as possible. Follow our tips and you'll be breezing through the airport and enjoying Bielsa in no time at all. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- The trick to having an awesome travel experience is to pack ahead. First up, the essentials: passport, travel docs, credit cards and any vital medications. Next, take on board items that'll help pass the time, like your laptop or a few magazines. It's also a wise idea to bring your chargers, a quality neck pillow and a pair of earphones. And of course, don't forget to chuck in toiletries like a toothbrush, facial wipes and a fresh change of clothes.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Leave all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in your checked luggage. Any liquids or gels in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres) will be confiscated by authorities. Sharp or pointed objects, like your treasured pocket knife, and products which are explosive or flammable, such as aerosol cans, spray paint and gasoline, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- The aisles of an aircraft aren't the place for a fashion parade. Layer your clothing and opt for shoes that are flat, enclosed and easy to take on and off.
- Deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by prolonged inactivity, can be a risk on long-haul flights. Make a point of walking around the cabin or do some simple exercises in your seat to promote better circulation.
