We've rounded up all the info you need to make your journey as enjoyable as possible. Follow our tips and you'll be speeding through the airport and having a ball in Gradac in next to no time. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- A plane trip can be a stress-free experience if you carry the right things. First of all you'll need toiletry items, such as toothpaste, a toothbrush and some deodorant, a clean set of clothes and a good read. Next, make room in your hand luggage for your electronic gadgets, chargers, any daily medications and maybe a cosy neck pillow too. Last, but definitely not least, don't forget to bring your passport, travel papers and some money.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Squeeze all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner in your checked baggage. Any liquids in your carry-on bag larger than 3.4 ounces (100 millilitres) will be confiscated by authorities. Pointed or sharp objects, like a Swiss Army knife, and dangerous goods which are explosive or flammable, such as aerosols and fireworks, are also banned.
What to wear on a flight:
- Comfort should be your priority when deciding what to wear on your flight. Loose, breathable clothing is a smart choice, as are flat, enclosed shoes.
- You're probably aware of deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by long periods of inactivity. To minimize your risk on board, drink plenty of water, consider wearing compression socks or tights and do gentle foot and leg exercises in your seat.
