Depending on where you're coming from, your flight to Kooddoo could be as easy as pie or it could drag on forever. We've rounded up some handy travel tips that will help you start your next big adventure on a positive note. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- The trick to having a stress-free flight experience is to pack ahead. So, let's start with the basics: passport, boarding pass, cash and any vital medications. Next, bring on board items that'll help while away those hours, like some electronic devices or a few magazines. It's also wise to pack your chargers, a quality neck pillow and a pair of noise-cancelling headphones. Last but not least, don't forget to squeeze in toiletry items like a toothbrush, cleansing wipes and a clean T-shirt.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Leave all your full-sized bottles of shampoo and hairspray in your checked baggage. Any liquids in your carry-on suitcase larger than 3null4 ounces (100 milliliters) won't be allowed on. Pointed or sharp objects, like a pocket knife, and products which are explosive or flammable, such as flares, chemicals agents and gasoline, are also not allowed.
What to wear on a flight:
- The narrow aisles of your airplane are no place for a fashion parade. Layer up with comfortable clothing and pack a sweater as it can get chilly in the cabin. Flat, slightly roomy shoes are also a good idea.
- You've probably heard about deep vein thrombosis (DVT), a blood clotting condition caused by prolonged periods of sitting. There are plenty of ways to minimize your risk. Wear a good-quality pair of compression socks or tights, stay well hydrated and keep your legs and feet moving. Walk around the cabin when possible or try out some exercises in your seat.
