If you're poorly prepared, airports and flying can be challenging. But don't hit the panic button just yet. Follow these tips and tricks and enjoy a trouble-free start to your holiday in Mitoyo. What to pack in your hand luggage:
- Travelling on a plane can be easy if you carry the right things. Firstly, you'll want some basic toiletries, such as deodorant and a toothbrush, a spare set of clothes and a good novel. Secondly, find room in your hand luggage for your mobile phone, a charger, any daily medications and maybe a comfy neck pillow as well. Last, but definitely not least, be sure to take your passport, travel documents and your credit cards.
Do not pack the following items in your hand luggage:
- Make sure you don't have sharp or pointed objects hiding in your hand luggage. Other banned items include explosive or flammable substances, such as bleach and fuel, and gels and liquids in containers larger than 3null4 ounces (100 milliliters).
What to wear on a flight:
- The narrow aisles of a plane are not the best place for a fashion parade. Layer up with comfortable clothing and pack a cardigan as it can get chilly in the cabin. Slightly roomy, flat shoes are also a good idea.
- It's likely you've heard about DVT (deep vein thrombosis), a blood clot condition caused by reduced mobility or inactivity. There are plenty of ways to lower your risk. Wear a good-quality pair of compression socks or tights, stay well hydrated and get your legs and feet moving. Do a few laps of the cabin or perform some simple exercises in your seat.
